We are still delivering to our customers during these COVID-19 times. To ensure we all stay safe, we have developed a safety plan which allows us to deliver your Milk & Fruit by the safest possible methods. There is nothing more important to us that the health of our employees and customers. Our new safety plan is designed to limit the risk of spreading COVID-19.

D&D STAFF PRE-WORK CHECK
Before commencing work, all staff perform a health check questionnaire and get a Temperature reading. If any COVID-19 symptoms are detected staff will be sent home to make arrangements to be tested. A relief Driver will then take over that staff’s role.
Thorough cleaning
All staff are using antibacterial wipes and disinfectant to regularly wipe down all touched surfaces both in the Milk depot and in all delivery vehicles. Hand sanitiser will also be used between deliveries.
CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES
All delivery drivers will use a fresh pair of disposable gloves for each delivery, ensuring there is NO direct skin contact with customers delivery, doors, surfaces or fridges. Face masks will be worn during every delivery.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Our staff understand how important it is to adhere to the minimum 1.5 meter social distancing rules, in order to lower the chance of virus spread. We are serious about staying safe so our staff have downloaded the Australian Government “COVID SAFE” app.
